Participants must follow all health and safety regulations imposed by the venue, event organizers, and local authorities. Attendance is voluntary, and all risks related to travel, personal health, large gatherings, or injuries are assumed solely by the attendee. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any lost or stolen personal property or for any incidental or consequential damages.

Grow Nation Events reserves the right to change the event’s location, schedule, speakers, or format due to unforeseen circumstances. Should the event be canceled entirely by the organizers, a full refund or event credit will be provided. No refunds will be given for cancellations resulting from force majeure events such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, public emergencies, or acts beyond our control.

All materials presented during the event, including presentations, printed handouts, visuals, and recordings, are the exclusive property of Grow Nation Events or its contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any content without prior written consent.

By attending the event, you consent to be photographed and recorded for marketing and archival purposes. These images and recordings may be used by Grow Nation Events in future promotional materials, including social media, email, and websites. If you prefer not to appear in such content, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

Tickets do not include accommodation or meals unless explicitly stated. We recommend staying at the official event hotel or nearby accommodations for convenience. All travel, lodging, and personal expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.

Minors under 18 years of age may only attend if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Some sessions or experiences may be restricted to adults due to their business-related or financial focus.

International guests are welcome, but are responsible for obtaining valid travel documentation including passports and applicable visas. Grow Nation Events assumes no responsibility for denied entry into the United States or delays caused by immigration processing.

All payments are securely processed through third-party providers. Grow Nation Events does not store or retain your financial information. Any attempts at fraud or misuse will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
